Won't miss the smell

One of the things I look forward to the most when we buy our own home is having our own space.  We won't have to share a wall with neighbors, we won't have to share a yard with the neighborhood children, and we won't have to worry that much about the unpleasant smells from neighbors.  Listening to the neighbors move their furniture around at odd time or vacuum at weird hours, yeah, won't miss that.  When I get toys or the pool out for my kids, we won't have to worry about being ambushed by kids we don't know.  And the smell, ugh.  I will not miss the cigarette or cigars smells when I walk outside.  I'll be able to open my windows again!  Yep, there are a lot of pluses to having your own place and your own space.  I can't wait. :)
