Seeing something

Guess what I did today? Ok, aside from being mom and wife. Something I did for me! I went for a run and tried to improve my mile time. Which I did!! I shaved off a minute and forty-five seconds woohoo! It's not much but it's something and it made me feel really good. I've been doing better with my cardio and I've added weight training too. So far, I've lost a few pounds from exercising and eating better. I could have gone with OxyElite Pro but I think what I've been doing is the best thing for me. My favorite part is seeing myself make progress. I've had a rough road but I'm getting back on track and it feels awesome. Yay for a faster mile! Go me. :D
