I've finally got back into running again and it feels awesome!! So far I've lost 2 lbs and that's been in a week and a half. I know if I keep it up I will get more a lot better. More endurance, a little trimmer, better sleep at night, and the best part, I'll be able to run a 5k/10k this year! So yeah, I'm stoked about the whole thing. :D Running really is the only type of exercise I enjoy so I'm glad to be doing it again to help improve my health. Now, if I could figure out how to reduce belly fat in the process I would be thrilled. My muffin top is NOT my friend. Flabby arms I can deal with, but the muffin has to go! My hope is that as I keep running and running AND running it will really help my stomach slim down a little. A little would be better than nothing!
