My restrictions have lifted which means I can work out again yay!! The first thing I did was aerobics. Soon after that I ran my first run since being pregnant. That was divine! I've really missed being active and now I can be as active as I want! Exercising and being mindful of what I eat has really helped me on my path toward becoming more healthy. I know there are colon cleanse products that can help with your health but I don't know enough about them at the moment. So for now, I'll stick to what I know!
