Part of what I have learned in school is how to put individuals on an exercise program. I've worked with two different people in my class with their programs and now I'm putting my husband on one. I've been coming up with a variety of exercises that are great muscle builders. I mean, my husband is a guy and naturally he would rather have big muscles than just tone down his arms and legs. He's been sick recently, so other than some running and aerobics exercises on the Wii, he hasn't started his program yet. But it will be good when he does!
