It's that time of year and everyone is trying to lose weight. Me included. But mine has been more of a lifestyle change and not just using the best diet pills to change my body. You really have to go beyond the exercising to find out why you are where you are. Some of mine goes back years ago and some is in the here and now. It starts with the food you eat and why you do it. I really feel it starts there. You fix that problem and if the results aren't desirable or they aren't working out then you need to look at other things like genetics or go see a doctor that something else is going on. But food is the best place to start from everything I have seen. If you don't believe me, that's ok. You have to find out these things for yourself, so go on and see for yourself!
