As you can tell from my previous post, my health needs some work. I could follow the hcg diet protocol or one of the other millions of diets you can find on the internet. I don't know. I'm not looking for a diet but more of a lifestyle change. I'll be the first to admit that when I find something delicious, I'll eat too much of it. Knowing that, I guess I want to get to the point where I don't overeat, but eat things in balanced proportions and not have the desire to eat a ton of one thing. For instance, we just made brownies. I've eaten 5. Yep, that needs to change!
