Moving pain

We've been moving this week and my back is killing me. My first mistake, starting a new workout out. I was sore enough from that and then I had to pack boxes and carry then up and down stairs. Oh, and when I helped to carry our entertainment center down a flight of stairs, I think I tweaked my back. Not in a good way. :( I really tried to remember to use my legs more than my back but some things were so heavy I had to use both my back AND legs. Needless to say, I won't be exercising for the rest of the week. I've burned plenty of calories that should help me lose weight fast. Maybe I'll burn enough for next week too. ;)
