As you can tell from my last post, I'm jumping back on the exercise band wagon starting tomorrow. I could try the best diet pills for women but really, I've been dying to get out my Wii Fit again. There are so many fun things on there. My newest favorite is the step aerobics you can do while watching TV or a movie. Love it! I really am going to do better. I enjoy exercising and I want to do another race this year. I have plenty of time to work up to my 10k so that's going to be my goal!
