Great Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving! The day before, I started cooking, something I've never done. Usually, we start on Thanksgiving, but not this year. Let me tell you, it was so worth it! We didn't feel as rushed and cranky trying to prepare everything in one day. It was kind of nice to cook a little and then take a break and then cook a little more. I watched some of the Macey's Day Parade and the national dog show and enjoyed the day. We had a couple friends come over and they were so fun to be with! No, they didn't bring an electronic cigarette or alcohol to liven up our holiday. We just ate some really good food, decorated gingerbread cookies, and shared a few laughs. After our friends left we spent some time with my inlaws then called it a night. It was a great day!
