Staying on track

Since the loss of my gym membership, I've been trying to find ways to keep from gaining weight. I mean we all want to know what fat burners are out there that are the most effective right? Well, one thing I've decided to do is take an aerobic class at school before classes start. While sleeping in would be oh so wonderful, I think this will help me more. So far the class has been great. Our teacher seems keen on doing a variety of things and I like that. Not only will we do aerobics, but also some running and weights which will be great! If she plans to whip me in shape, I won't stop her. :)
