Isn't it a little early?

Today, for the second time, I've heard about a Black Friday sale. Black Friday in July, seriously?? Last time I checked, it wasn't until after Thanksgiving in NOVEMBER! That's almost as crazy as what I saw in the store last week. Christmas items!! Wow, I always knew stores did things early especially when it came to holidays, but this early is a little nuts to me! I guess in a way it's a good thing because then you don't have to shop when everyone else does, you get an extra day out of the year to shop like with the Black Friday ads I've heard about. So it's not all bad. :)
