With as often as I hear about ways to get healthy, I've wondered what it is I am doing that hinders my health. Obviously, my love for ice cream doesn't help. But what about the other food I eat? With our move, I've been cooking easy meals. That means meals from a box and pizza. I've tried not to stress with our move but there have been some days. I know stress isn't healthy and it flares up my acne and snacky-mood. I need to slow down and calm down otherwise who knows, I might need to look into back acne treatment or join a fitness club lol! Things are getting better and moving along smoothly so that's a good sign!
