My husband and I started a new exercise program but then we had to stop because of the move. Well, I guess I can't say we *had* to stop, we *chose* to stop. The thing with a new exercise program, you're pretty sore after and this particular program, we were super sore! Then we had to move. Talk about plenty of exercise just moving! Our arms and legs were already sore and then we had to pack/unpack boxes and lift/load them. Needless to say we not only received a good ab workout but really, an overall body workout. I'm still recovering lol! Back to exercising again this next week. Should be exciting!
