Stove Top Easy Brunch Casserole

One of my goals this year has been to make dinnertime easier. So, I make a list of the meals we'll eat for the whole week along with a list of what ingredients we will need. This has really helped make dinnertime easier one everyone. Plus, we're not tempted to eat out as often.

Along with my goal is to try new recipes. This is one of them and I'm happy to say it was delicious! The original recipe is here, and the way we made it is below. It was really good the day we made it and even the next day as leftovers (which is saying a lot because we don't usually care for leftovers.) If you try it, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. :)

Stove Top Easy Brunch Casserole

1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix
2 cups milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Turkey bacon, cooked, crumbled
6 eggs
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Spoon into greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is set.
