It's been a week since I've updated so here's a quick recap, in no particular order and probably not grammatically correct.
School - I had three tests last week, two of which I did better than I expected and that made my day. The third one I have yet to hear back about. This week we've had off for the holiday and that's been refreshing. Well, aside from the fact that I had a test to take, homework to do, and a 6-8 page essay to write. Ahh, what's a break without homework. :P
Entertainment - Here's the good side of my week off from school! I picked up five or six books from the library to read and enjoyed a few days of leisure. I also went out with friends to see the movie "Twilight." My one-sentenced review is this - as long as you don't compare the movie to the book, it's not bad. We also bought the movie "WALL-E" and loved it. This is a great film for adults and children. Very cute and very funny! We let the girls watch this clip and this clip before the movie came out and they've been hooked ever since (the clips aren't actually in the movie, just cute promo's). Oh, I also made a quick trip to Salt Lake City to see the Body World exhibits. Can I say, WOW!! The whole thing was amazing and myself and the SIL I went with, we were very impressed. I was really glad to have taken the time to see it because it was well worth the money and the 2 1/2 hours it took to walk through.
Pre-holiday - We stayed in town and were with my inlaws this year. The day before Thanksgiving was a busy one. I babysit the one little girl I normally watch and before she went home my cousin brought his two kids for me to watch while he and his wife went out. The first girl went home and then it was my two girls and my cousin's two kids. Then my mom showed up to spend the night and my SIL brought over her three kids to have a slumber party with my kids. So I entertained 7 kids for a few hours until my cousin swung by. Being their first slumber party, my girls loved having their cousins stay the night. All of them were happy and giggly it was really cute. We played a few games and had a few treats. By the time stories, scriptures, and prayers were done, it was 10:30pm. It didn't take long for everyone to zonk, me included. It was a lot of fun and I look forward to doing it again.
Holiday - Thanksgiving day was a great too. We watched the Macy's Day Parade and part of the National Dog Show, a few of our family traditions. I whipped up a fruit salad and a pumpkin roll (more of a pumpkin-ish-cake-ish-mess because I failed to remember to spray the wax paper :P ) while trying to get 5 kids ready. You know, it's amazing how much longer things take when you have more than 2 lol! My husband and my mom were great helps and we made it to the inlaws just in time. The food was great and we all had fun.
Post-holiday - The day after Thanksgiving, Black Friday, was another good day. I was pretty tired by the time we arrived home last night but there were a few good deals we wanted to snag so I decided to venture out this morning. (That and my husband promised I could sleep in until he went to work, woohoo!) So I was out the door by 4:30am and waiting in line ten minutes later. The good thing about my shopping and only having to pick up a few items, is that I'm in and out in good time. My first stop, in and out in 10 minutes. The second stop, Wal-Mart, was a nightmare. I gave up waiting in line after not too long, hid my things, and went to stop #3. This one took a little longer, but still in and out in 20 minutes. (And saying in and out is making me think of the restuarant in California lol.) The 4th stop took longer because the employees acted like they had more important things to do besides helping customers. But one lady was really nice and when she found someone to help her, she told them to help me too. Now isn't that sweet? Goes to show that there are nice people who don't think solely of themselves on Black Friday. Stop #5 was quick because I didn't find what I wanted. Stop #6, Wal-Mart again, I found my hidden treasures and picked up another item and with no lines was done in no time! So, for a total of three hours, I did pretty well. Came home and took a 5 1/2 hour nap and woke up to my husband putting our the Christmas decorations.
Ahh, what a good week. Happy holidays everyone! :)

All-in-all, sounds like a great week! :) That was so nice of that lady to tell the salespeople to help you out too! :)
It sounds like you had a busy but good week!
Looks like you had a great week :)
NICE job on your tests! Woot woot!!
Glad you liked WALL-E. I am sure I am going to see it a BAJILLION times when I finally give it to Logan for his birthday in a couple weeks ... he wants to wear his WALL-E shirt every day and check out all the WALL-E books from the library all the time. He saw it in the theater ("with my dad," he tacks on every time!) and he is OBSESSED.
My friend went to Body World when it was out in California -- she said it was amazing! I definitely need to figure out how to see it.
Your holiday sounds busy and nice! I admire your Black Friday shopping.
And mmmmm, In-N-Out goodness. :-D Now I'm craving a chocolate shake.
Sounds like you had a good holiday! Hope all is great!
