I was thinking how funny it is that the older I get, the more I become like my mom. And the older I get, the more that realization bothers me, lol! Don’t misunderstand me, there are many, many admirable qualities my mother has that I wish I did. I guess I’m just more surprised at how “soon” I would realize that we’re more alike than I’ve ever admitted. Although, there are still a few things I will never have that my mom has. One is acne. Yeah, my mom never had it growing up and I always have. Despite a few different acne treatments I seem to be continually blessed in that department, lol! Oh well, if I had to take after someone, I’m glad it’s my mom. Now if only I could ever measure up to how incredible she is.

One day I got freaked out when I was laying on the couch and looking at my fire in my fireplace and saw my reflection.... it was my MOM!!!! Ooohhh boy, that was not a fun moment, hahahaha.
Does anyone "really" want to be their mom? I doubt it, but I bet my daughter wants to me me cuz I am sooo awesome! ;)
