A big topic in our home is on how to lose weight. My husband and I have been going to the gym as often as we can but we know that it alone, is not enough. There are so many things to consider when you’re trying to lose weight. Like figuring out calories, food that are good/bad to eat, getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, keeping your metabolism going and so forth. Some days I feel so overwhelmed trying to take it all in and figure out the right balance. But I know that with more practice, it all will be easier, and worth it.
