Almost everyday I see a new commercial with some product that is supposed to help women, especially during that time of month. I know there are things like progesterone creams that are supposed to help, although I've never tried them. It's hard to know what and if you should take something. Have you seen the commercial about a pill that makes your periods last only three short days? Now wouldn't that be nice! But at the same time, I worry about side effects you know? I guess it helps to have a good dr to talk about these things.
