My fainting memory

I have the hardest time remembering things and lately it’s really shown. I completely forgot about a meeting I was hosting at my house this week, one that I had rescheduled from last week. I’d like to blame it on the chaos of moving and my brain just couldn’t handle any more information, but that’s not true. I just have a bad memory and it drives me nuts. Are there rehabs out their to help improve your memory? Maybe I should check in to one of those. lol
