SMART Habit Saturday
I'm jumping on the bandwagon of SMART Habit Saturdays by The Lazy Organizer. I know if I write my goals down, I'll be able to remember them better. So here we go.
My biggest problem of late is spending money before we get it. I know, it's horrible. I know by the time the money comes in, it will be the same time the money I spent will clear. It's an awful habit! I did really well for a few months but now I'm back into a slump. This week though, I'm not going to spend money on anything if we don't have the money actually in our account.
I also want to work on exercising more. Right now, all I mostly do is walk and I want to add more variety. So my goal is to add another type of exercise and do it twice a week. I ultimately want to surprise my husband, who after being gone for a few months, will come back and see a new wife! Well, the same wife, just looking better. lol
So my goals:
#1 - don't spend money before it gets into my account
#2 - add a new type of exercise to my routine and do it twice a week

Good luck this week with spending less money and adding variety to your exercise routine. You can do it ... we are all cheering for you!
Glad you are joining us! I hope your week goes well. If you have FitTV, I really like the All Star Workouts. They aren't too challenging, but they have a good variety and give you a decent workout.
