Getting better?

Do you think finding a job is getting easier or harder to do? I think it's getting harder. Sure, you can do an IT job search or a search for healthcare jobs or a million other job related searches, but how many of those do you have to look at and apply for before you get a job? At least a million according to friends of mine. It's sad to hear about so many people out of work. They keep looking for a job but don't have any luck. I wonder if the same thing will happen to us when we're done with school. I hope not. :(
