Doing better

My husband and I are setting goals to eat better, exercise more, and have a healthier lifestyle. We're two days in to eating better and counting calories. It's amazing what you can learn by counting the amount of calories you take in everyday! I love that we're doing this together, it makes it so much easier. We could be taking natural diet pills to lose weight, but I think this will be good for us. Tomorrow, we're going to start a 60 day workout that should be killer but good. I'll let you know how it goes!
