The good and the bad

The good:
*My Friday classes seemed to go by quickly.
*We finally found out when and where we're moving.
*I had a fabulous night out with The Girls; Kara and Melissa. We went out for dinner, then to the mall, and then ice cream. It was SO much fun. I really need to do this weekly. :)
*We finished up running errands.
*I spent time with my hubby and children.

The bad:
*Went to bed way to late, two days in a row.
*Fried many brain cells trying to study.
*Did not do well on 3 quizzes.
*I think I'm starting to gain weight because I'm not running as often.
*I have to pack. Again.

I didn't know you were moving, I hope that goes well.

Here's the answer to your question on my blog:

Pizza rice...that's why my husband calls it anyway...is this:

Get a glass baking dish. Put in chicken (boneless, skinless breasts or pieces), add minute rice and water (use a little less water than you would if you were cook just the rice), cover with canned tomato soup and stir up. Add onion salt, garlic salt, oregano, basil and parmesean cheese (I use the kind in the green canisters). Mix that up. Cover with foil and cook on 350 until chicken is cooked through (varies depending on how much chicken you have and if it was defrosted or frozen). Add mozzerella cheese on top to serve (I don't always do that part). It's not an exact recipe, all just to taste. It's something I made up and Josh loves. He calls it pizza rice because he says it tastes like pizza. LOL!

I didn't know you were moving, either! Moving is hard; good luck!

It so hard to balance things sometimes. If I ever figure it out I'll let you know what the trick is.

Didn't know about the move . . . hope everything moves to the GOOD side and there are very few on the bad side very soon! :)
